Kit Standard is Hell-Sea's core welded penetration, built for a straight exhaust pipe run through a bulkhead or deck where the flange doesn't need to move or unclamp later. It ships as one pre-assembled unit — outer ring, inner ring, and a fireproof and watertight packing compressed between two flanges — so the yard closes it with a single welding operation instead of building a rock-wool trunk on site. That single-weld install is what cuts the 90% heat-dispersion figure: a traditional insulated trunk radiates heat across a much larger surrounding surface, while Kit Standard's compact profile confines the fire barrier to the penetration itself. It carries the full A60 rating (1.000°C for 60 minutes) and 2 bar watertight integrity for 60 minutes simultaneously, across the entire DN32–DN1000 range, so the same certified design scales from a small generator exhaust to a large FPSO stack without re-engineering. Steel and aluminium hull variants are both available from stock. Choose Kit Standard when the pipe run is fixed and known before fabrication; if the flange orientation isn't decided yet, Kit Rotary is the better fit, and if there's no existing flange to weld to, Kit Slim's V-Band connection avoids welding entirely.
