Designed for exhaust pipe lines where the outlet angle is not fixed in advance. The rotary flange turns freely on the passage body, so the fitting adapts to the exhaust pipe run. Delivered pre-assembled, fully certified. Delivers A60 fire resistance up to 1.000°C for 60 minutes. Available for DN32 to DN250 at no extra cost; larger diameters on request.

Kit Rotary answers a specific yard problem: what happens when the exhaust pipe's exit angle isn't known until the engine and generator are actually positioned on board. On every other Hell-Sea kit, the flange is fixed to the passage body at a set orientation before it reaches the yard — if the pipe run turns up misaligned, the installer has to re-cut or re-measure on site. Kit Rotary's flange turns freely, 360°, on the passage body itself, so it's fitted to the hull or deck first and rotated to match the actual pipe angle only once the run is finalised. That removes an entire round of on-site adjustment from the installation sequence, which is where most schedule slippage on a penetration job actually happens. It's delivered pre-assembled and fully certified like the rest of the range — A60 fire resistance to 1.000°C for 60 minutes, 2 bar watertight for 60 minutes — and covers DN32 to DN250 at no extra cost, with larger diameters available on request for bigger exhaust runs.
