Zero Welding

Flangeless install, zero welding

Designed for exhaust pipe lines without pre-existing flanges. The V-Band clamp allows installation on any pipe type with zero welding and minimal footprint. Delivered pre-assembled, fully certified, ready to fit in a single operation. Delivers A60 fire resistance up to 1.000°C for 60 minutes. Available for DN32 to DN1000.

Rotary Flange

Rotating flange for faster exhaust alignment

Designed for exhaust pipe lines where the outlet angle is not fixed in advance. The rotary flange turns freely on the passage body, so the fitting adapts to the exhaust pipe run. Delivered pre-assembled, fully certified. Delivers A60 fire resistance up to 1.000°C for 60 minutes. Available for DN32 to DN250 at no extra cost; larger diameters on request.

Designed for two exhaust lines through the same bulkhead. Reduces installation space and welding time by up to 50% compared to fitting two separate kits. Emergency Hatch

Certified emergency generator access

The Hell-Sea Emergency Generator Hatch is a safety system designed for exhaust gas pipe lines coming out on the main deck. The Hell-Sea passage system is placed inside the hatch box, and the door can be automatically opened using a certified IP66 solenoid. Available for a diameter range from DN32 to DN250 — custom diameters available on request.
