MARINE EXHAUST SAFETY SYSTEMS
Hell-Sea is the first bulkhead and deck exhaust fitting watertight-fireproof passage with the lowest thickness in the world.
​
Hell-Sea project has been designed in order to respond to new safety regulation imposed by the various naval registers.
Developed by our team of experienced engineers, it allows the passage of exhaust pipes at high temperatures through the various rooms of the boat without compromising comfort and design.
Composed of fireproof and waterproof materials, it guarantees high safety. It consists of four metal semi-flanges that compress a fireproof and watertight graphite packing.
Hell-Sea is extremely easy to assemble and in case of need is
also possible to easily dismantle for the maintenance of the pipes.

THE BEST SOLUTION FOR YOUR VESSEL
The Hell Sea system has been designed with the smallest possible volume according to the regulation imposed by the various classification societies.
It has been classified, according to SOLAS regulation with the
European MED A60 and watertight.​
​
It comes with a very small diameter, for a DN32 pipe line it occupy only 48mm on the bulkhead or deck.
​
It also offers the possibility of being produced in different sizes from DN32 to DN1000!
​
The Hell Sea system comes with a pre assembled kit. Easy to install: only a single welding intervention is required.
There are several cases where spaces can be seriously narrowed.
This is why Hell Sea has been designed to make processing as simple as possible.
​
Hell Sea is supplied with a pipe section that can be customized according to the application cases.
This allows you to screw the pipe to the pre-existing line and to simplify processing.
​
As shown in the photo, the Hell Sea System can also be fitted inside the main trunk.

The operator of the installation will have ample room to maneuver to install the Hell Sea system.

This case of application is really common on commercial vessels, but it can be applied also on luxury unit as super yacht or mega yacht.

Hell Sea CURVE has been designed for pipe line that required a specific curve pipe line.

The diameter range is the same for the Hell Sea line from DN32 to DN1000, with the possibility to install the V-Band connection to reduce the volume occupied by pipe flanges.

All connections won't require welding intervention.

SLIM
Hell Sea SLIM is the smallest solution of the Hell Sea products line.
It has been designed for pipe line without pre-existing connection flanges.
The V-Band connection permit to install the system on every kind of pipe line.
